Always and Never at Home

Inkjet Print on Hahnemühle Platinum Rag

The architectural language of a motherboard and mobile phone camera is exposed, observed, and documented. Flusser describes those who use a camera as temps, recording and reporting time. This photograph, taken - in 2017, is an excavation of technology taking on the impossible task of assuming control over the relentless language of AI. Photography examines the possibility of capturing a world beyond its facade, outside the immediate frame.
